Refund and Returns Policy
All returns must be within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition in their original packaging with all original tags and labels attached. Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer a change of mind returns. Please inspect all items carefully upon receipt of your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you have received an incorrect item. We will endeavour to have the issue addressed as quickly as possible.
Returns Procedure
If you would like to return an item, please email Customer Support at sales@bellwetheraustralia.com and we will escalate your case for further assessment. Please provide as much details as possible and include photos where applicable. When your return is approved, we will provide you a shipping address for the return. Please place item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable service for any returns (and/or insurance if you prefer). We will be not be responsible for any item that is lost or damaged in transit. Items sent back to us without a return approval will not be accepted.
Upon receiving your returned item, we will thoroughly inspect the condition of item. If the item is deem to have a serious defect and deemed not repairable, we will happily refund you or offer you an exchange for another product of your choice.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Clearance and discontinued items
- Product failure due to customer neglect or misuse
- Gift cards and vouchers
